comms issues and mission 3

Hi loving Raven One but I dont understand what the briefings are referring to sometimes. like takje off fly 040 for 20 and angels 5 is that fly at a bearing of 040 degree for 20 miles at angels 5?

 

Also I did the long transit on misison 3 where it told me it had saved the mission. I loaded DCS up again and it had moved me to mission 4. very irritating is there something I've missed is there a way to load form that tanker save point please?!

Your first question is correct. Also the same thing happened to me today as well. I’m not sure if I missed something either or it’s bugged. Also does anyone know if you’re able to play any mission out side of campaign mode?

Templar, you understood the first part correctly.

 

As for the save game feature - campaign branching doesn’t quite work as it should... I am trying hard to find a solution, but for the time being if you won’t finish M3, you can always launch the rest separately as single mission or from mission editor, browse to campaign location (install dir/campaigns/f-18/Raven One) and launch M3A -you will start behind the tanker and won’t miss anything.
