Viper not responding to TM Warthog Throttle

When I start viper cold and dark the viper doesnt respond to throttle, but when mission started with engines running the throttle responds.

 

I am using the Thrustmaster Warthog throttle.

Throttle moves in axis controls as would expect.

Map the Idle detent to your throttle detent switch, so when you move the warthog throttle, it sends the idle detent command too.
