[REQUEST] Set prefered refresh-rate in DCS options/settings

Just a suggestion for something to be added by E.D. in the (hopefully close) future.

While there is proliferation of monitors with GSync and FreeSync, there are users with +75 Hz monitors with none of those adaptive synchronization technologies.

DCS is very demanding, and setting these monitors for 60Hz (for 60 FPS with V-Sync) becomes a necessity.

The thing is, this requires going through Windows advanced monitor settings to manually change it to 60Hz before launching DCS, then go through that hassle again when exiting DCS, to put it back to the max refresh rate (or whatever refresh-rate) that one was using before.

It's quite cumbersome, and for years now I see lots of games/sims with "prefered Refresh Rate" implemented in the graphics options, so I hope E.D. finds a way to make it happen too in DCS.

Thanks, and keep up the good work.
