Baz000 Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 2 tracks, in both tracks the TWS is not working correctly to cycle targets if you use the MFD OSB to enter TWS mode, apparently if you use the HOTAS command TWS Right - long to enter and exit it, then it works properly... Also when you fire a missile it isn't cycling to the next target automatically too when you use the OSB to enter into TWS mode. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1l9_LhHLATfmtVCrynFhSy2QKmzf1PHpN/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N_8wHJjxT2_0HPCyom9HzgBG62RXwcLS/view?usp=sharing
HappyVoo Posted October 11, 2020 Posted October 11, 2020 I have also noticed this problem, and after the TWS locked missile has entered an inevitable situation and I played AIM-120C, I immediately switched to ACM mode. At this time, the 120C no longer tracked the locked target, and the other party did not even do anything.
Santi871 Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 Seems to be working correctly here. Make sure you remember to upgrade your TWS tracks to system tracks so you can cycle through them. You can do that individually by TMS fwd short over each, or if there are no system tracks you can upgrade every track on the FCR to a system track with TMS right short. Also, I've never heard of any automatic cycling feature when a missile is fired, do you have a source for that?viper-tws-stepping.trk
