(track file)Tors will intercept HARMS(agm-88) but will not even try intercept LD-10s

I play on a server and this is a big problem to gameplay at the moment cause one team can build tors to defend their long range sams but the other dont cause tors will never try to kill ld-10s. Soo please make the tors at least try to intercept the LD-10s, or disable their ability to intercept anything soo they could be equal.
