xAlpha Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 (edited) I know, I know, "learn the sequence." But the auto-start is a function of the plane, and it's not working for me, so this is a bug. Things I have tried: Reampping to a different key/combo Mapping to a joystick button Resetting all my controls, both for the A-10C and everything Ran a repair/recheck Uninstalled and reinstalled the modules The plane will not go through auto-start, and when it's on, will not turn off automatically with autostop. I know that LWin and Home are recognized in other combos, and I even tested in the F18 and the Harrier, and it works there just fine. The key combos for other functions, like taking the throttles in and out of detent, works fine. Only the A-10C (both the original and new one) don't work. Edited October 13, 2020 by xAlpha
xAlpha Posted October 13, 2020 Author Posted October 13, 2020 Okay, so, apparently there are two places this setting is at, A-10C II Real, and A-10C II Game. The game one does nothing, and the "Real" one is set to Rwin+Home. It's the same setting, different place, different ocmbo than other planes. I remapped that one, and it works. Maybe not technically a bug, but it sure is confusing and annoying, and ought to be addressed.
Harzach Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 Nothing to address. The "Game" and "Real" settings menus relate to which realism mode you are using - check Options > Gameplay > Game Flight Mode/Game Avionics Mode.
GRMTMONSTER Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 funny you should mention this.. Autostart works fine in my a-10 new version but doesnt in my f`16 or f`18 same with controlls.. weapons and such.. they all work in training but not in a mission
