1. Do (combat and civil) copters have some sort of alt hold and/or alt lock option in real life?

2. Do (combat and civil) copters have some sort of "nose position" lock option in real life? I mean you can't take nose beyond 30 degrees towards ground in order to get speed.

3. Now Ka-52 question. Is there a RWR or any other extra avionics in Ka-52 to keep other pilot busy? I assume that the other pilot aka co-pilot is not there to spend the whole mission lining up rulers by length, tuning in to foreign radio stations, folding up a map of Moscow into a paper aeroplane out of boredom, and filling the compartment with pencil shavings :D

Not sure what you mean ... you can trim it to go straight? ...

That is EXACTLY what he's there for. The 'co-pilot' in the Ka-52 is the group commander, and he's there to command the attack, working the datalinks, delegating targets, etc.
