cannot see cockpit illumination of text

Hello!

 

In this image I have selected the own aircraft button:

you can see veeeeeeeeeeeeeeery little that the arrow is illuminated. But dont' know why I don't see it correctly with strong illumination as it was before any update or change.

I removed the shaders but still the same.

Any clues?

The new lighting model is messed up like that and HB still haven't fixed some of the bulbs and their brightness.
