License Server Unavailable

Trying to validate a license key but I keep getting a message saying:

 

License authentication failed

The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable

 

How do I fix?

Just keep trying - it will work eventually. Server is a bit patchy at the moment

Yeah that’s what I figured at first - have tried over 100 times now, still no joy.

Took about 5 tries this evening to get it a good activation.

We are in touch with the server provider to get this resolved, apologies for any inconvenience.

 

For now if needed simply try again: after a few retries it will accept and validate.

So I've tried clicking the "Validate Key" button well over 500 times now with no results (using two different license keys). Do I need to be closing Vaicom/Voice Attack down every time I try again or just keep clicking the button @Hollywood_315 ?

I didn't have to close it out. Just kept pasting in the key and then trying.

Today we're rolling out a patch update 2.5.23.1 that will hopefully help to address the server response issue.
