I'm not sure you want/need an advice but just in case I have a few ideas to improve the efficiency of your vids.

 

- You can use the internal encoder of LO (download a new avimaker.dll if necessary) to get the best graphics render without fps loss

 

- You can also use the bloom/hdr mod to get some very nice light reflections on the F-15. If you don't like this mod, you can do the same effects during the edit with the levels, brightness, contrast and curves effects.
