twistking Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 It would be a nice little immersive feature, if the weapon station lights would function. The F-5E has weapon station lights imlemented (at least i think that's what it is), and it looks very nice when you have it on while idling on the ramp... My improved* wishlist after a decade with DCS *now with 17% more wishes compared to the original

You can turn on the nose illumination switch and turn the position light rotary switch up - which will illuminate the weapon stations. twistking Posted November 12, 2020 Author Posted November 12, 2020 ok. thank you. i will try that. but do you know what the dedicated weapon light dial (left console) is used for then? in the sim the tooltip says "no function", but i would assume that it has a functio in the real aircraft. If it’s on the same panel as the NVIS controls, I’d say it’s for use with NVGs - but won’t be able to fly virtually until Saturday to verify location. twistking Posted November 12, 2020 Author Posted November 12, 2020 that's a reasonable assumption at least. yes, it's somewhere in the vicinity of NVIS - but i would have to double check... My improved* wishlist after a decade with DCS *now with 17% more wishes compared to the original

From my understanding, that panel functionality is not modeled in DCS (at least not yet).
