« Kneeboard » command not recognized

I’m struggling with a kneeboard issue.

 

I’m up to date on both Vaicom / VA

I have done the FINISH step

I trained the Voice Recognition for « Kneeboard » keyword

 

When I say « kneeboard » I have a message in the Vaicom windows / log : «Unrecognized: ‘kneeboard’ »

 

I do not know where to look at to solve this

1. Have you purchased the kneeboard licence and activated it?

 

2. If yes to 1, is kneeboard in both the Vaicom alias list and the VA profile list?

The "Kneeboard" command is not available in VSPX atm (all other IK commands are).

I’m using VSPX... OK, I’ll test the other command, and will still open manually the kneeboard.
