Hi Guys! Wanted to ask if someone has the HOTAS X-52 drill template? I looked everywhere but no luck so far. The only thing that I found was the X-55 template and 2 X-52 STL files (from 2 different sources), but they don’t match. I need the drill hole distances so I can laser cut some aluminum plates and adapted them to my racing rig!!

Thanks so much, I really appreciate any help,

cheers!!!

Perhaps Mlmeasure distances of mounting holes with and transfer to surface with ruler and triangle?

I don’t physically have the HOTAS yet, but in a week or 2 I’ll get it. My concern is, that is very difficult to measure center to center (of the mounting holes), even with a vernier, when distances are to the hundredth of millimeter. The other day a Leo Bodnar component, had something like 12.32 mm, which is crazy! Is close to impossible, to be 100% accurate when measuring “manually” those dimensions; and it seems to be relatively common on hardware components. They don’t always go for the round numbers. Of course it will “fit”, even if you are not 100% accurate, but it's not great. With the Leo Bodnar, I was off by only 0.12 mm, but still didn’t fit great. Finally, the manufacturer shared the template.

It's been really difficult to get this X-52 template. On most occasions, you just send a email to the manufacturer, they are always really helpful and share the requested templates, but its not the case with Logitech FLIGHT hardware.

Anyway thanks so much, I think that I’ll end up using your method, because this templates are really hard to get!
