If you have problems, you just need to turn off the eyecandy.  It's what I do.  I have an 8 year old computer.  Turn off all the eyecandy and you can hit near 100 FPS.  Realism / function before eyecandy.

Lol, yeah, it's not that bad.  The big problem is the tree's don't appear till your right on them.

 

I need a new computer, but it's a BAD time to buy computer parts.
