TWC_SLAG Posted December 8, 2020 Posted December 8, 2020 I was born in 1943. Growing up, we moved and I started at a new school named Yeager. When introduced to my new teacher, I asked her if the school was named after Chuck Yeager. She said “who’s that”. I said “the first man to fly faster than the speed of sound”, as if didn’t everyone know that. The full name of the school was Yeager Elementary School. I was seven years old, and in the second grade. But, I knew who Chuck Yeager was. I credit him for my life long love of flying. He died December 7th, 2020, 97 years old. 3 TWC_SLAG Win 10 64 bit, 2T Hard Drive, 1T SSD, 500GB SSD, ASUS Prime Z390 MB, Intel i9 9900 Coffee Lake 3.1mhz CPU, ASUS 2070 Super GPU, 32gb DDR4 Ram, Track IR5, 32” Gigabyte curved monitor, TM Warthog HOTAS, CH Pedals, Voice Attack, hp Reverb G2.
