Thumbnail links - cannot create / edit

I cannot create thumbnail links!
After the last update of the forum I could for a few days but then the insert/edit image panel changed somehow and now I can't.
Is that the way it's meant to be or is this a bug.

Older thumbnail links work just fine but even those cannot be edited!

I added origin plugin "Link" to toolbar, it will allow to add url for images.
