nemises Posted June 7, 2008 Posted June 7, 2008 hah!..so awesome for the multi-seat cockpits of the Apache and Hind (and f15 B/D/E ) ;)
Triggerhappy69 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 ... Hmmmm...? I do still have three electric linear drives that could move the pit with maybe 3DOF.. But I was kinda planning on using them for the Force-Trim on the stick and pedals.. But it does look really tempting.. ;-) "But (504)Brewber said they were'nt friendly.. So I took'em out.!" XLR8 Posted June 12, 2008 Author Posted June 12, 2008 Heres another one. http://www.realsimulator.com/html/cockpit_he.html
crime Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 I suppose that everybody knows about this: http://www.force-dynamics.com/ It simulates accelerations, not motion/position. I once took a ride in a motion simulator in a funfair. It only moved the seat to the position of the virtual roller-coaster wagon instead of trying to simulate the acceleration. Very frustrating. But it looks like the guys at force dynamics are doing it right, very right.
CAT_101st Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 I like them the most out of all that I have seen. they say you can feal the rocks under the tires of the cars. think what it culd do for a flight sim.
