Canopy fogging up during dives

According to the original P-47 Pilot Training Manual you're supposed to turn on the defroster to prevent the canopy from fogging up. This would be a nice feature to have in DCS.

In all warbirds would be nice if we have canopy fogging at all

bump! atmosphere effects would be cool, it would give a reason to use those controls, as well as dust
