Operation Reforger: The Iron Heel - First mission cant launch from deck

im in the first mission of your campaign OP Reforger and im on the deck in my f14 and no one is around to get me setup to launch...  Did i miss a step?

 

I was told to go to lane 2 but like i said no one is here

Hi Rooster, it is a non Supercarrier version, so there is no crew to guide you. You basically line up yourself (use F2 if you need to), then press U to connect to the catapult. After that spool up and press left shit + U to launch. This is how all non-SC version carriers work.
