How to set timezone to a negative value

Hi,

 

according to the manual the offset for the local time can be set in a range of -12 hour to +12 hours.

However I cannot find how to enter a minus sign ('-') on the CDU. What am I doing wrong?

 

I would like to set the local time of Nevada, which is GMT-9.
