PJPower05 Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 Hi all, Build a PC for playing DCS, and purchased FC3 while on sale to "cut my teeth" into. Have been slowly building my knowledge, skill, etc. I finally purchased my first full fidelity model (F5 Tiger), but the camera controls are terrible. I can only use the hat button on my joystick to move my head. I loved the fact that I could right click the mouse to move my view, mouse wheel to zoom in/out (both internally and externally). I also have a X52 HOTAS that has a knob on the throttle that I could use to zoom. Now, I can't get the slider to recognize what-so-ever, and I can't change the mouse settings to the way they were before. Any suggestions? I also have a TrackIR in the mail that will certainly help, but would love to begin flying, doing ILS approaches, etc... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hammer1-1 Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 Sounds like you have a conflicting axis assignment. Instead of using an axis on your joystick, try just using the one on your mouse only.
