DCS F-14A and Supercarrier

Good day, I have a very simple problem that some techs can't figure out. I cannot scroll through the cockpit, so it's safe to say that these two sims are sitting useless until DCS can answer my question, why cant they figure out an answer with such a small issue ? It's not what I paid money for
