[RESOLVED] ΔL/L input off by factor of 1000x

When entering ΔL/L of 00.001 it should result in a displacement of BAD by 1m from BUT. Instead it is displacing by 1000m.

 

Track is two fires 1000m apart and INU update performed on north fire then BAD of 00.0001m south selected and it can be seen that VAD navigation is to second fire 1000m south of first.
