Using  rifts  vr  headset cant  bring  up  the  screen  shot   saying  out  of  focus what  am  iam  missing  out  on,  kneeboard  works  well

The screenshot will be displayed on your desktop. DCS is running on your HMD. You'll have to lift the headset to see the screenshot, or have I misunderstood your question?

yep  thx thats what i thought guess  utubes  guys  are  not  using  vr  head  sets  when  they  are  showing  the  screen  shots
