Cockpit interaction with ejection seat lever and data cartridge is bugged

When starting up the aircraft (cold) you can insert the data cartridge and arm the ejection seat just fine by clicking on them once. After that you need multiple clicks to change the status again (remove/reinsert data cartridge; disarm/rearm ejection seat).
