Easy comms in Mission 1 Stage 1

Is this intentional? Forced Easy Comms in Mission 1 Stage 1. See pic. I was wondering why I do not need tune correct agencies and why comms menu has that greyed out entries,

Hey thanks, no the labels and easy comms settings are fixed internally and should be changed in the upcoming update.
