Has anyone seen this input device error before

Hi all 

Not really sure where to put this and I haven't seen or found any posts on this before. For some reason I'm getting a input device error from time to time. Can't really explain why but definitely know that it only happens when in multiplayer and using SRS and Vaicom together while flying in VR. 

When the error occurs my VR headset will go black and I'll loose my VR display all together with the SRS inputs. However saying that I will have monitor display and tracking with my headset just not the VR display. 

This issue will not happen if I don't use SRS at all or when I Clear any controls for PTT in SRS client resulting in not having any MP comms. I've tried looking for logs that will indicate the issue but nothing. So my hope is that maybe just maybe someone here has had this issue before and resolved it.
