MiG-31 Foxhound "authorization failed"

Hello everyone.

I play on the stable version of DCS.

My first MOD to be installed is the MiG-31. But here is the problem : 

 

 

I have followed the instructions. I have the requested FC3 module.

How to correct it?

Install in: saved games/dcs/mods/aircraft

TY razo+r, i did a mistake in the installation folder "program files>EagleDynamics>..." instead of "saved games".
