TacView and other aircraft

Hi, I know this was covered a while back, but has Tacview, regarding the showing of other aircraft not a thing anymore. I am new to multiplayer so i don`t know if it ever was.

It may depends on server settings. Administrator can enable or disable what your Tacview will be able to export and record.
Most of the time it's disabled on PvP servers and enabled for PvE since it's a possible way to "hack" the enemy tactics, but it's really up to server admin.

Personally I was also forced to disable for sometimes on our server due to performance issues, now re-enabled since it's going to lag, rubber-banding, de-syncing anyway, no way at all to keep DCS server smooth

i dont mean to be a pain in the ass but tacview records everything but the enemy aircraft and in single player which is all i play the mod shows up in game the save files are in documents and the game is installed in my saved game files i dont no if i am missing a check box somewhere but would greatly appreciate any insight or direction into my issue!
