Having problems with Syria theater.

So I I bought the Syria map. It doesn't seem to load properly. It gets to the preload radius 1/60 and stalls forever, but doesn't have a problem loading the default theater. I have tried to turn off and on online mode to see if that was the problem. (no dice)    Please help.
