Canopy not jettisoned when ejecting whilst canopy is open

It seems like the picture shows this best. If your canopy is open and you eject, the canopy does not get jettisoned. You are just fired straight through it.

 

I don't feel like a track file or log file is needed here, since this issue is very easily replicated, but if needed I can get one no problem.
