Any way to change runway heading on ILS?

When I press APP on the ufc to make a ILS landing, is there anyway to change the landing from runway 11 to 29 for example? To land from the opposite direction? I can only change if I’m coming from left or right it seems?

Copy it to channel 59, then you can change the landing direction

for 50-58, you can only change the alt
