- Sonic - Posted May 9, 2021 Share Posted May 9, 2021 hello.is possible to use a single search radar for a multiple sam site (obviously all in the same group)?For example create a group of one P19 radar and in the same group of two SA-2 detachments of one Fan Song and six SA-2 launchers each one and one detachment of one long bow and four SA-3 launchers? They could work thogheter guided from the P19? There are limitation in order to make it work (distance, etc..)?thank you! gmangnall Posted March 30, 2022 Share Posted March 30, 2022 Yes.....but there are distance limits. You're best bet are systems with a C2 units like the SA11 and SA10.
