Downloaded Persian Freedom, Pandemic, and Wolfpack, Says they are not authorized

Downloaded three above mentioned campaigns and and neither of the three is playable.  I waz using VR shader mod, and I deactivated it, but still wont work.  Im trying reinstall to see if that helps, but it would be much appreciated if anyone has insight into this type of error.
