I have recently downloaded the F 14b Tomcat. I cant contact the ground crew to connect power and oxygen, also can summon Jester but Cant instruct him. help

So you choose payment and activation subforum? Ok...

You contact ground crew by opening communication menu (ICS radio PTT button; default "\" key but check controls to make sure) and F8 key, then select command from there.

btw: It's just pressurised air to start engine windmilling - not oxygen. Oxygen comes from the bottle just for the crew.
