Updating to 2.7

Hi,

 

please don't shoot me for my question but I have 2.5 installed, receiving my hotas tomorrow and am wondering if I should not install 2.7 open beta instead of 2.5 because performance and look and feel are much better and the fact a local clan flies 2.7

 

My Question:

- can I just install over 2.5?

- are there any settings I need to save?

- will settings for hotas, trackIR and such stay intact?

- anything else I need to be aware of?

ps. I can't do a second install on my SSD drive cause the space is not sufficient to have 2 instances there.

You can easily switch from Stable to OB. Just follow this here:
