How to change recipient?

Hi!

 

Several years I have been using Vaicom, but still I don't find how to change recipients (change airfield, tanker, etc...)

Today I was flying the Raven one final mission. You start on the air, so there is a moment you have to go to the tanker, but there are two of them:

 

Shell51 and Shell61. If I say (I changed to spanish all the sentences) that I want to meet the tanker, Automatically it was choosen the Shell61, but I wanted to choose the 51. How can I do it? Had to use menus (I hate menus even speaking)

 

Second, I had to return to carrier, but as I started on air, the carrier was not selected. George Washinton. So I did what I usually do: "George Washinton Select" and the radio frequency changed to the carrier. Good!

But when saying "inbound" there was no reply. Again had to use the menus.

For "see you at ten" it wasn't recognized.. so I used the "george washinton see you at ten" and was good... But when I said "George washinton Hornet Ball" several times, it didn't reply.

 

So I am frustrated. Sometimes selecting the different airport of takeoff (senaki) and saying "batumi select" it did selected it and only had to say "inbound" and not "batumi inbound" to be answered.

What am I doing wrong? Any clues? Is there any option needed to change in Vaicom?

You seem to do it correctly. Pretty much how I do it.
Of course the frequencies must be correct, but you seem to have that sorted as well. No easy comms, right? It messes things up for me.
Are you using VSPX or not? VSPX wants you to speak "fast" without pause. If not try "George Washington, (micropause), Hornet Ball".
What does the log in VoiceAttack say?
Haven't done tankers in a while, but tankers with the same callsign can be tricky. So make sure you have the correct frequency.
In an SC carrier group make sure you use correct name as all ships are on the same frequency i think.
Not much help I know.
