In reality, pilots' heads wouldn't roll with the aircraft when perform rolling, instead it would subconiously "counter roll" to stabilize with the ground.

With VR this could be simualted pretty well(by ourself).

However, this is not the case for Tackir, is there an option (or will have) to enable it to "counter roll" to provide higher simualtion for pilots' head movement?

I do that all the time. So it already works.

How to switch it up?
As long as you have 6DoF it just works. Didn't switch on/turn on anything.
I just roll my head the opposite direction.

Make sure the roll axis is enabled in the TrackIR software and you have suitable curves in TrackIR. If that does not do it check the TrackIR bindings in DCS too.

That video does not show the pilots head ground stabilizing.  It shows him looking into the turn - pitching his head up and to the left.   All the other slight movements are a result of turbulence.

Trying to stabilize your head on the horizon is a bad habit, and can induce motion sickness and give you a sore neck.

Ah, I use OpenTrack. Never changed a setting in DCS though.
