DCS Open BETA Dedicated Server install is Bigger than advertised

Per ED's website the OpenBeta Dedicated Server should take ~52gb, but I just downloaded and installed and it is taking 103gb (almost double).  Anyone else experiencing this?  Is there some cleanup I can/need to do or a step I missed?

 

Any help is appreciated,

Dedicated server will download automatically all the maps, if you need to save space you can delete some map to clean up space ( in your installation path look for: "DCS World OpenBeta Server\Mods\terrains" )

Terrains are 95GB of 103GB of the total installation.

You have to make this action after every update I suppose.
