Can't use JF-17 as any other country in mission editor

For some reason I can't select the JF-17 for any other country than Pakistan. Did I miss something? I remember being able to use it as the USA, Russia, China, etc for a long time.

Check that you have Historical Units disabled in the ME. (it's the clock icon on the bottom panel.)
