investigating Multicrew ATGM missles became unvailable partway through flight.

While training, we were able to shoot off the first 4 ATGM just fine but could not activate the last 4. Gunner left and came back, while still in flight.  The missles then showed available to him, but did not get a launch tone.  The missle counter still detected the missle launch even though there was none.
