AP works with SAS switches off (A only)

In the F-14A, the autopilot works even with all SAS switches set to off. This should not happen and works correctly in the B.

Testing right now in A.

If you have any single SAS switch OFF before switching autopilot then autopilot will not function at all. But if you switch autopilot first (by setting mode and AP engage) and then switch SAS OFF then autopilot will still engage on AP ref press/stay engaged.
