Dashboard/Button box apps

I've read about a few of these such as gameglass etc, just wondering when/if something with button box capability might come to the flight sim community? I'd be be more interested in a button box app that works with a cheap tablet for example.

Im using the Matric app. Works awesome as a virtual button box. Used with a Samsung Android tablet, On my Samsung phone etc

I think that one of the things that I would very much appreciate is trim control.  4 bars I think that you could slide left or right but they must be finely calibrated.  Trimming especially for WWII fighters is important I think.

 

Am I wrong?

Does anyone know if this would also work with A touch monitor?

I use one for music app, so it would be nice to also use it as a button box for DCS.
