I want to start creating a panel for a Microsoft Surface that is not yet connected to my machine. I know the resolution of the Surface, which is 2160 x 1440. How do I go about creating a new panel for a screen that does not yet exist? All Helios is showing me is the monitors that are currently connected Is this possible to do?
