What are the keywords for asking ground crew to update the DTC and to remove/install refueling probe on the Jeff?

I could be wrong but I do not believe those are supported at present. You will need to go through the menus. You can always do that using "Chief, options, take <x> etc."

Yeah I thought so too. I asked just in case I missed these after searching in the manual.

Just tested if these were able to be imported, but that didn't work for me.

Since the menus for these should be constant across missions you could probably create your own VA commands to implement these features via button presses.
