Janhein6 Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 Hello, I'm using a msi laptop with a NVIDIA graphics card RTX 2070 to run DCS For my right and left MFCD's I want to use two seperate monitors on a external eGPU. This eGPU is a quad matrox video card. This runs all normal on my laptop. No problem with all other software. But not with DCS. When I configure the screen size, in DCS, to use only the laptop with the NVIDIA card, all is running and fast with no problem. But when I configure the screen size to expand over the eGPU for the two MFCD's the performance gets very slow on both graphics cards. How can i fix this? Is it so that DCS can only use one type driver for a graphics card, and not two different graphics card for one screen size? Is it possible to use the main viewport with the NVIDIA card and the two MFCDS with the Matrox graphics card? (split the screen size over the two graphics cards) Thanks. Jan Hein
draconus Posted August 16, 2021 Posted August 16, 2021 I'm pretty sure you can't use two different cards for DCS. Two same brand cards in Crossfire/SLI config is possible but still troublesome. Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
