As aircraft are getting more sophisticated the manuals are getting bigger and it would be nice to have bookmarks that coincide with the table of contents to quickly navigate the document. Here is a link to a guide that accompanies Matt Wagner's DCS: AH-64D | Helmet Display tutorial as a sample: https://daviddimartino.files.wordpress.com/2021/11/dcs-ah-64d-3.pdf This was made with Adobe Framemaker and was modeled after module manuals when I set up the template. It is "Left page, Right page", ISO standard B5 size, formatted and can be published in multiple formats. I may not have gotten all of the acronyms right but I tried.
