Random Weather (among static presets)

I would like to have a Random weather selection. Game would randomly shuffle among static presets.

So you would not know what to expect in the following mission.

Or it should be connected with this Radom preset button, which now seems to be unconnected with all static weather presets.

Actually, when pressing this button it always selects the "Light Scattered 2" static preset (if not on the 1st click, then on few clicks later, and when it is selected, it does not change on any other static preset) - but must be some kind of a bug as well. Please check it out, so we will have a proper random weather selectin.
