Overwrite / Exchange default communication messages

Maybe this was requested earlier but could not find the topic.

It would be nice to allow for mission editors to exchange the default voice dialogues. E.g. If I want that the player uses the default menu for AAR but I want to record a new voice explicit for this mission. Not only the voices by the "player" but responses from stations too. The script would be the same just specific to this mission/campaign.

It could be achieved with a specific folder structure and pre-defined wav file names that could be copied into the mission package. If the game does not find in this structure the belonging wav file than it plays "default" voice, similar to texture fallback solution.

This way we could really have own voices to our storys but still use the default communication/command menu avoiding the "F10 Other" menu thing. For one message we could include several versions and DCS could play them randomly or in sequence.
