very bad night view

I use an acer z35 1080p monitor and the night is horroble I am attaching a photo to give you an idea of the problem not looking at the interior but at the 

streaks and colors of thrsky

This is called Color Banding..
Its 100% to do with your PC setup and 100% not the game.

I get it when im in VR on my Oculus, I dont get it on my Acer CG437KP, and thats a VA panel.
If you really wish to improve the 'night game', youll have to buy a better monitor.

I bet you’re running an LED monitor or an LCD? An IPS monitor will sort this. I’m having the same problems.
